About Us

Care that is simple, local, and built around dignity

Southwest Bridge Health delivers free primary healthcare to uninsured individuals in high-need communities across Southwest Michigan. Through volunteer clinicians and local partnerships, we make health access simpler, more equitable, and closer to home.

Many people in our community fall into the coverage gap, earning too much to qualify for assistance, but not enough to afford insurance or out-of-pocket care. These barriers can lead to untreated chronic conditions, preventable hospital visits, and avoidable suffering.

We exist to change that by offering trusted, community-embedded care that meets people where they are. Our model is built on compassion, dignity, local collaboration, and practical support for neighbors who need care.
