You do NOT have health insurance
Our clinic is for uninsured patients only. We are not able to see patients with any insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, or high-deductible plans.
Your household income is below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level
Income information helps us confirm eligibility for free clinic services and connect patients with additional support when available.

Care is focused on uninsured children and adults living in Southwest Michigan. We welcome all neighbors and do not ask immigration status questions.
